These terms govern your use of intzol.com, operated by SanLan Labs (“we”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
What this site is
A marketing site. It describes IntZol+ and lets you send us an enquiry.
Prices and plans shown here are indicative and are not an offer. Nothing on this site creates a contract to supply the software. If you go on to subscribe, that is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
We describe features as we intend them. Some are sold as paid add-ons, some are enabled per account, and the specifics are confirmed in writing before you buy — not by what you read here.
Using the site
Please do not: use it unlawfully; submit someone else’s contact details; attempt to probe, scan or breach it; scrape it or use automated tools to extract content; submit enquiries in bulk or to abuse the verification system; or copy, resell or republish it.
We apply rate limits and may refuse service if these are ignored.
Your enquiry
When you send one you confirm the phone number and email address are yours to give, and that your details are accurate. We will use them to contact you about IntZol+, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Submitting an enquiry does not oblige us to provide anything, or oblige you to buy anything.
Our content
The site, its text, design, graphics, logos and the IntZol+ and SanLan Labs names are owned by us or licensed to us. You may read and share links to it. You may not reproduce or adapt it commercially without our written permission.
Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for what is on them.
Availability and warranties
The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information is complete or current, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, goodwill or data arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
