SanLan Labs (“we”) builds IntZol+. This policy covers intzol.com, our marketing site. It does not cover the IntZol+ application itself — if you are a customer, your workspace is governed by your agreement with us.

What we collect, and only this
If you send an enquiry, we collect: your name, email address and phone number; optionally your company; and your selections for plan, add-ons, team size and timeline. We also record which page or button the enquiry came from.
There is no message box, by design. You cannot type free text into our form, so you cannot accidentally send us anything we did not ask for.
If you browse without enquiring, we collect nothing that identifies you.
Confirming it is really you
When you submit an enquiry we may send a one-time code to your WhatsApp number, which means passing your phone number to Meta to deliver that message. We also email you a confirmation link so we know the address is yours.
We store a cryptographic hash of the code, never the code itself, and those verification records are deleted within 24 hours of being used or expiring.
We set no cookies
Not one — advertising, analytics or otherwise. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
We measure visits using analytics software we run on our own servers, not a third-party service, so these numbers are never handed to anyone else. It records the page viewed, the referring site, country, browser, device type and screen size, and a visitor identifier that is regenerated daily. It does not follow you to other websites and it cannot identify you.
The only thing we store in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, which stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Why we hold your details
To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about IntZol+. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertising networks, use it to build a profile of you, or send you marketing you did not ask for.
Who else is involved
- Our hosting and email provider, which operates the servers this site and our systems run on, and delivers our email.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — receives your phone number only when we send you a verification code.
No one else. We do not pass your details to advertising networks, data brokers or resellers.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which enquiry details are removed. Verification records go within 24 hours, as above. Ask us to delete sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what we hold, correct it, have it erased, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Email hello@intzol.com and a person will action it — there is no form to hunt for.
If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, our Grievance Officer is Lava Kumar, reachable at the same address, and you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Keeping it safe
The site and our API are served over HTTPS only. Verification codes are stored hashed; service credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to enquiry records is limited to our own staff. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not hold payment details or documents from this site.
Children
IntZol+ is a business product. This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above.
